While some were swimming in Aylesbury, others were in High Wycombe racing at the 50m Long Course pool in the High Wycombe Open. The 1st round of the Chiltern League was a very close competition and the positions see sawed throughout. At one point we were coming 3rd, then down to 6th and eventually we finished 5th. The last 4 teams were divided by a few points which goes to show that every race counts.
Despite coming 5th, there were an amazing 25 PB's and 3 County Qualifying times for Megan Woods, Emma Hobbins and Alastair Spencer. 10 of the swimmers swam faster than the entry times.
Well done to Whitney for coming 1st. Please read more for the Results.
