Good Weekend for DSC
Great Weekend for DSC
Dunstable Swimming Club had lots of success last weekend with Sam Mead and Amy Palmer both competing at the St Albans Aquathlon. Sam put in an outstanding performance to finish in 2nd place in his Tristar 1 event, improving on his previous time by over a minute and Amy had an excellent result finishing in 3rd place in the Girls Youth event.
At the Mid-Beds Open Anna Newton won gold medals in both the 50m and 100m Breaststroke, with a time in the 100m that qualifies her for the East Region BAGCAT Championships in June. She also finished just outside the medals with a 4th place in the 200m Breaststroke.Reese Housden added to the medals with a silver in the 200m Individual Medley and a bronze in the 400m Freestyle, providing him with further Regional qualifying times, along with Connor Newton who brought home a silver in the 50m Breaststroke and Chantal Smith who won bronze in her 50m Butterfly event.

Welcome to Dunstable Swimming Club
Dunstable Swimming Club aims to promote the sport of swimming by providing a training program to help swimmers reach their full competitive potential according to their individual levels of ambition, ability and application.
The club caters for swimmers of all ages and abilities with a progressive coaching program leading through our squad structure. Various levels of competition are catered for with training tailored to suit, from in-house galas and team league competitions, through to county, regional and, ultimately, national competition level.
